Xbox Preview Has Destroyed Me

I have been talking to xbox support for 2 days now and I've tried EVERYTHING trying to fix it. Factory reset, opening Ports, I've followed the troubleshooting for this exact issue to no prevail. I've tried so much that xbox support is now ignoring me. I
think it's because of Xbox Preview. This all started a couple days ago, about the time a new update hit. I can't leave the program because when I try to start the xbox insider app it just puts my screen in a never ending loading screen. At this moment my NAT
is open and all services are available, yet I can't do anything.

What made you choose the X1 over the PS4

I must said the performance difference has annoyed me.. but still was a non-choice - I use past experience to base my decision on. Xbox and Xbox Live destroyed PS2, Xbox 360 (achievements, parties etc...) destroyed PS3, and in my humble opinion Xbox One
(cloud, interactivity, MMO games etc..) will destroy PS4.

Sorry, I used bad wording. What I meant is that your tomahawk has been blown up by a grenade or something of the sorts.

 

Is it possible to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox Insider app if it's giving you problems like that?
