Xbox preview - Group not found

Hi there.

So i got invited to participate in the preview, got the message two days ago saying i got accepted, today. my status changed from Unrolled to Enrolled, which i assume means i got in.

However, as i'm trying to leave feedback behind, it's frustrating, because i cant seem to access the preview forum to leave any behind. Whenever i follow the link to the preview forums that's on the FAQ, i keep getting ''Group Not Found'' or just getting redirected to
the normal forums.

Anything i've missed, or can someone help me out ?.

Thanks for making a post. You will now need to wait for an official support staff member to grant you access to those forums.

I keep getting the same error message as some other gamers that the group is not found. I was told to post on forum so here it is

 

I can't help you out but i'm having the same issue as you. When I was in the 360 dashboard preview program I had to request permission to access the forums if I remember correctly but I don't see a way to do that this time.

 

It may take some days up to a week before you get access to the preview forums.

If you still have no access within the next 48 hours please return to this thread here and I will point one of the program managerrs to this thread.
