    Hello,

    I have been invited to the xbox one preview program and got accepted. Due to my buisy college schedule I did not finish all the required steps for full activation of it for my account. Over this christmas break I went to finish my enrollment into the xbox
    preview program and reciever the error code 1 when I open the app. After talking to support, I learned that I needed to install the Xbox Insider Hub and activate preview through there. I have checked the hub and there is no way for me to activate my preview
    program. Do I get another invite and wait another six months to be accepted or is there a fix for this? I also have the old app installed to activate it. So what should I do?

    cannot connect to xbox live (360) reliably since 24 april

    You would have had to opt in for the preview so don't worry about that then. If you have tried everything listed at this link

    support.xbox.com/.../error-code-8015190e     and nothing works then give phone support a call. They should be able to work you through a solution. You can reach them at 1-800-469-9269
