Xbox Preview Dashboard

I've downloaded the app that came from Xbox Live, launched it, and it freezes when I go to click join. Little guidance would be great. What am I doing wrong? Anyone else got this issue?

Preview program

My friend invited me to The preview program, but I never received the message I tried searching for the app under the dashboard for apps but I could not find it. I tried several different things including Xbox one preview dashboard preview dashboard Xbox
preview dashboard and dashboard. I just would like to know how he able to get into the preview Program.

Are you in the preview program if not you will not be able to use it, if you are in the program go to the early access forum best place to be for this issue.

 

I received message from xbox with invite and download/install and when i click join in the xbox preview dashboard the app freezes for 30 seconds then exits to my home screen. Retried several times to join. Same result every try.

 

Ok I will see what I can find out for you I will cone back here, or if I need to tell you something quickly I message you on Xbox.

 

Can you uninstall/install the preview dashboard again you might not have the updated version that could sort it out, I have posted in the preview to see what comes up.

Xbox on the phone says that they dont see it on there end that they sent put the invite in my messages but i have it. think that is where the problem lies but we are unsure how to fix it

 

I hope to get some info soon.

 

Both these GTs have had their issues dealt with.

 

Me and my husband each has a profile and 2 consoles. We each got into the preview dashboard however somehow my husbands got on both consoles I tried to remove one of the consoles from his activation but it is still telling me that my console is still registered
to another account. How can I correct this?

 

Your husband would have to unregister himself then you can register in your profile.
