Xbox Preview Dashboard

Hello, I'm having a problem with the Preview Dashboard. About a month ago, I discovered I had the XBox Preview Dashboard ready to install. I installed it, and tried to launch it knowing the Battlefield 4 Community Test Environment was going to be added.
Once it launched, it said "You'll receive a message soon with more info." I thought that was normal and just decided to ignore it. I checked back about two days later, as I hadn't received the message, and got the same info. It has now been a month. I checked
back yesterday and again today, STILL getting the same message "You'll receive a message soon with more info." I tried contacting Xbox support, and they couldn't help me. He told me to check my email for one about being invited to the program; Nothing. He
told me to update my Xbox; I did and still nothing. The last thing he did was give me a link here and said I would get a reply within 24 hours.

If anyone else is having this problem or knows how to fix it please respond. I'm annoyed that this has been happening for this long. Thanks.

Preview program

My friend invited me to The preview program, but I never received the message I tried searching for the app under the dashboard for apps but I could not find it. I tried several different things including Xbox one preview dashboard preview dashboard Xbox
preview dashboard and dashboard. I just would like to know how he able to get into the preview Program.

Just to clarify, being invited to the Preview Program does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted into the Preview Program, you will receive an Xbox Live message with further details. If you were previously participating in the Preview Program
and are not able to access the features of the latest preview update, I suggest checking out the Enforcement Site to see if you have had any enforcement action
that my affect your status in the Preview Program. Thanks in advance!
