    my xbox preview dashboard is glitchy at the moment, it will not let me onto my profile or settings, it says i have friends online when they are not and it will not let me onto the preview app because my console is not registered even though i have the new
    dahsboard

    Controller won't turn on Xbox One (weekly)

    The PS4 is as glitchy or more glitchy than the Xbox One is. There was a controller firmware update for people in the system update preview program and it might fix your issue. I'd wait until that is released to everyone before calling Xbox Support. The update will probably go out to everyone very soon.

    Unregister new Xbox preview

    You will need to first post and the preview forums.

    Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

    If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.
