Xbox Preview Dashboard app

Hello.

My Xbox preview dashboard app won't load. It comes up with the message: "something went wrong. Please give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering 0x80073cf0 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. Etc"

When I try to use the "report a problem" button I get exactly the same error.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

Is there a fix?

Disconnecting Controller? Please sign this petition which is being sent to Microsoft

There's currently a Controller Survey on the Xbox Preview Dashboard app on the console, controller disconnects are in the list.

Best make the most of the survey while available.

 

Unregister new Xbox preview

You will need to first post and the preview forums.

Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.

Please try deleting the app then carry out console hard reset and download the app again. If this does not resolve your issue please create a thread in the forums below.
