Xbox preview dashboard app.

I downloaded the Xbox preview dashboard app and it says I will recieve a service message on my Xbox one soon with more info. I have had this app for over a month now and I have not received any service message. I also got a friend to invite me to the preview
program about 3 months or so ago, and have not had any messages to tell me if I can get into the preview program. Can anyone help me or invite me to preview program again please. I have been looking forward to trying out new features and giving feedback.

There's currently a Controller Survey on the Xbox Preview Dashboard app on the console, controller disconnects are in the list.

Best make the most of the survey while available.

 

Unregister new Xbox preview

You will need to first post and the preview forums.

Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.

 

How did you download the app? Were you provided a link in a message from Xbox Live? Had a friend download it on your console? Copied it from a friend's console?

Being invited doesn't guarantee acceptance, and the preview app won't work until you've been accepted in the program.

Thanks for replying. The app appeared on my dashboard one day so I downloaded it and it said thanks for joining you'll get a service message on your Xbox one soon with more info. That is all it shows every time I open the app. None of my friends downloaded
it to my console. I never copied it from a friend. I am curious as to why it appeared on my dashboard after I asked to join the program and never got any more information about it.

 

Are you 'gamesharing' with anyone, or do you have a used console? Could have come from someone that has your Xbox as their Home Xbox. In any case, sounds like you haven't actually been accepted into the program yet, you'll need to wait until you're accepted
by Microsoft.
