    Xbox Preview Dashboard app Not Working


    2 hours after I received the invite to preview the new dashboard, I went to register it and it said it was registered to another console. I contacted support, who directed me to the forums and the forum section for this is closed.

    Where can I go for support to resolve this?

    XBOX PREVIEW DASHBOARD APP NOT WORKING!!!

    I just downloaded the Xbox Preview Dashboard App for Xbox One but after launching, the app freezes and returns to the home screen when the "Join" button is selected. Anyone else having this issue?

    Unregister new Xbox preview

    You will need to first post and the preview forums.

    Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

    If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.
