Xbox preview backwards compatibility

my friends have sent me a xbox one backward compatibility update invite multiple time and it has been a month and still no update invite and i talked to support and they said this

"Preview support can best answer why you haven't got the message yet. Checking on your account here it says you are already invited but haven't been accepted yet, and normally you should be able to received that invite."

Hi there just because you recieve an invite to the preview program doesnt gurantee access on the first try. Have your friend resend the invite once the july update is released later this month.

 

yeah but the guy at support said i should post here and get accepted into the forums and get help from there . he said i should already have it
