Xbox Prepaid Code Not Valid

Many people I have spoke to are having the same problem that their prepaid card isn't valid. to fix this problem the best thing to do is to return the card back with the receipt to where you purchased it and get it validated by a member of staff there. This
should fix the problem as it was probably just a glitch in the shops system.

Usually after typing in the code before you click enter, the website automatically informs you if the code is not valid.

Error prepaid code (enter a valid code)

I bought 3 month subscription in the prepaid card, and when I go to redeem the code give error saying that the code is not valid

Did you buy a subscription from the dashboard or prepaid code

If prepaid code then no you don't qualify

You must purchase with a valid payment. Option

Codes count as previous purchases

Xbox regions go by countries not continents

Though prepaid codes are locked to economic block you still. Need a valid address in a xbox live region
