Xbox prepaid and trial card activation problems

Microsoft can't help, since their system didn't receive the activation from the store properly. So for Microsoft it's not possible to check if the store's activation didn't go through, or if you "stole" the card and try to activate it with Microsoft's help.

The activation of the card is the responsibility of the store, and if the activation failed, the STORE has to contact Microsoft and rectify the situation.

You as a customer can't do a thing, and Microsoft also can't help you directly. They need to be contacted by the store and help the store.

you are right MS responded to me by chat they cant help. Im in Mexico and will probably have to involve the federal consumer agency to report the store abuse
