Xbox Preivew is messing up

so, my friend invited me to the Preivew program, but I didn't get the invite message. I then chatted with one of the support agents,and they said I was In The Preivew program and said no consoles were registered. How do I get the app and register a console
without the message?

Xbox 360 is messing up

Last night i was using my Xbox then it red ringed i turned it of then my avatar was edited so i want to the avarar editor and it went back to normal but it wouldnt load or use that avatar item i selected and when i was going to play a video it told me it
needed to be updated to play the mp4 format i updated that a few months back and i never deleted any of the updates but today i got it to load the avatar item 1 time then it messed up again i when back to the dashboard to find out my achievements wont load
all the way i dont know if my Xbox 360 has a virus on it or someones trying to hack it.

You need to call Xbox Support and arrange a repair for the red light error. Contact Us | Xbox Support

 

Also, whenever I try to go to the Preivew forums, it says group not found

You need to be aware of this dude! Took some info from the: "Xbox one preview program FAQ"

-How do I sign up for the Xbox One Preview program?

The Preview program is by invitation only. If your friends are already in the program, they can invite you by using the Invite friends page in the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

-How will I know if I've been selected?

You'll get a service message from us on your Xbox One. The message will include a link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You'll need to use the app to register your console for Preview updates.

-I downloaded the Xbox Preview Dashboard app and registered my console, but I haven't gotten the update. Why?

Once you've registered, it can take up to 48 hours for your console to get the current Preview update.

as support have said you are in the program something has obviously gone a bit wrong! Firstly we can sort out your preview forum access.

The main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort you out once they see your message. Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they
can!

Once you have access you will be able to access this link and you will be able to post a new thread with your issue and they can then help you get the preview app and get yourself enrolled.
