    Xbox pre order cancelled 9 days after release. i ordered 22nd sept


    Hi

    I preordered the xbox series x on the 22nd of september (Order 1225256481) and was emailed on the 7th of november stating there was issues taking my payment.

    I called up several times in order to make sure there was no problems and was told to keep an eye on the order status as there wouldnt be any issue. I rang my bank and ensured there was no problems with them or paypal and it was still showing as pending
    until yesturday. 8 days after release date. yesturday it changed to cancelled with no notifications to myself.

    i bought a new controller for it as well as call of duty and cyberpunk games costing me £200 in total.

    I have basically been told by your customer support that i have to wait for somewhere to stock it now.

    What was the point of ordering it with the main supplier if this is the service i have recieved?

    I just really want one and have the funds available

    NEVER pre-order from amazon, mine got dispatched this morning after promising a delivery on the day of release. Not come at all, and it says I have to wait 3-4 working days. The only reason I pre-ordered from amazon was because game decided it was funny
    to cancel my pre-order (from early sept) 4 days before release, blame it on demand, and yet continue to allow more pre-orders to come in through the website. VERY UNHAPPY!!! :mad:

    My understaning of the pre-order is that if you bought the Day 1 Edition, it is supposed to arrive for your use on "day 1" or November 22nd. My pre-order receipt from the dashboard ad says " Pre-order now to get Xbox One on the day it's released" so I believe
    that on the release date means delivery will be on Nov 22.

    pre-ordered a couple days after release, then cancelled it and went with another company so I could use Tesco Points :)
