    After trying to reboot the xbox , i am faces with a “please try again in a while” error message. Clicking close or report a problem sinply promots the message again and i cannot do anything on the console

    Check that the HDMI cable is connected to the "out to TV" port onthe console. Perform a cold boot onyour Xbox One
    console by holding thepower button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds,and then

    Hey there Franke!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to run your Xbox the way that it should. Since this is a problem with startup, I would suggest trying out the steps outlined in our support page entitled
    Troubleshoot Xbox One startup errors.

    This did not help my issue. Still powers up the same way with blank screen after green power up screen.
