Xbox Powering Off

    I would recommend you phone MS support for your region, and speak to them about getting a replacement adapter.

    It is covered under the 1 year warranty.

    What's the color of light on the power supply of the console? There's a couple different reasons the console could be shutting off ranging from a power supply issue (bad power supply), or the console overheating (general console issue, dust blocking the vents
    etc).
