Xbox powerbrick stopped working and just got eso + 1 year membership

ok nvm fixed it just needed to cancel in the subscription window and it said it got refunded Thank you for the answer anyway!

it just tells me to contact xbox support regarding refunds

I have the same issue since yesterday. It just stopped working even though i have bought a 1 year membership that's far from over. Did you manage to fix it?
