Xbox power supply shuts down after 5 mins of use

Discus and support Xbox power supply shuts down after 5 mins of use in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; After 5 mins of use on my xbox one my console and psu shuts down completely.     Xbox power supply shuts down after 5 mins of use


    After 5 mins of use on my xbox one my console and psu shuts down completely. I reset the psu and still the problem persists. Anybody know how to fix this?

    Your pins are not available?

    Had the same.. hard shut down (hold power button 8 second)... pull power supply from back AND unplug it from wall.. wait 5 min (ish).. put all back together and turn on. Mine came back no problem after that. Good luck!!

    A hard reset may solve this problem. Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable. Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console

    Maybe a hard reset can help.

    Hold down the power button until the Xbox shuts down.

    Then unplug the power cable and wait for 5 min before plugging it back in.

    That might solve the problem
