    Xbox Power Supply India


    Hi! I purchased the Xbox one from the US and now got it to Mumbai, and need a different Power Supply? While in the US the guys showed to go online into my xbox.com account and click on replace accessory..... I tried doing it here and it does not work.

    Xbox one is exclusively sold on amazon.in and only the bundle is available online. Although there are other companies that are selling the xbox power supply which are not manufactured by Microsoft:

    Should I purchase these? Will it work?

    I even tried to Customer Care on the phone and they have no clue on the Power Supply that will work in India.

    My Xbox 360S power supply is not working. The Xbox is from the US but i need a power supply for India. I need to buy one but cannot find an original MS Power supply online. Amazon ets only have other brands.

    Where can i buy a new Microsoft Xbox 360S power supply in India??

    But since you already tried using the xbox one with its US power supply in India its possible you could have completely fried your xbox one as india power outlets use 220v. The power supply that comes with US systems only accept 120v.

    I am sure its the same as UK just a different plug so you would need a plug adapter you should stick to Microsoft gear I will check to see if its the same as UK

    As I thought UK and India are the same 230v 50HZ so a UK power supply will work but you would need the plug adapter.

    Any success on this? I have a similar problem in INDIA. I am not asking for replacement. I just want to purchase an Universal Power Supply for my Xbox One (Console was purchased in USA)

    No easy way to contact appropriate resources for this. Microsoft, I expected better from you guys.

    A power brick from UK should be fine as the power supply is the same as India the only difference is the wall socket so you would also need a plug adapter, Amazon UK sell original Microsoft power bricks.

    Problem in repairing Xbox One Power Supply

    You bought your console in the US so if the power supply needs repair/ replaced it will be a US power supply you get back. as you have moved to India you will need to get a power supply that you can use in India the power supply used in the UK is the same
    as India you would just need a plug adapter to use it.

    Hi, you would need purchase a power supply that is suitable for use in India. A US power supply is only 120v whereas in India you'd require a 240v power supply.

    - Your friend no doubt has burned out the power supply which would be beyond repair. A new power supply would be the only option, it could also have damaged the console if it was connected at the time.
