    WHY THE [Mod Removed - Profanity] DID I BUY AN XBOX ONE?! I should have learned with the first 2 failures right out of the BOX!!!. No Seriously. I need someone to please Help me with this. Other wise I'm just going to put the
    [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] at [Mod Removed - Profanity] and never look back. The first one we got. Lasted less than 4 hours before It stopped working completely. The 2nd Xbox had a defective Disc drive!
    FRESH out of the BOX!!! Now this one, after 1 [Mod Removed - Profanity]
    month is having issues of the Disc powering off the device. If this is any indication of XBOX quailty, [Mod Removed - Profanity] and have it. I'll be done with them. I've powered the device off. It's not plugged in to a power strip. I've uplugged
    it and let it sit over night, Ive completed a Hard reset. I've done a System reload. System update! I've followed every [Mod Removed - Profanity] link I could find on the internet. Seriously, this is my first time ever buying an Xbox and now
    I wish I never did. Someone tell me this gets better and I didn't just blow 450 bucks on this device and games.

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

    We understand this is frustrating and want to help as best as we can. If the console still is not working the way it should and just shuts down, then the best thing to do is exchange the power cable or send the console in for a repair.

    If it is sent to us for the repair, then at least we would be able to test it out and make sure that it is properly working when we send it back to you.

    Its only a momth old and ive had 2 dead boxes already. So now your saying send it in to get it fixed? Hell ill just box it up and take it back to best buy. This is
    [Mod removed - profanity] cant make a working console. Just forget it.

    The disc is inside the Xbox? If not you need to insert the disc

    If the disc is inside

    Remove the disc

    Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox

    Insert the disc during the Xbox screen

    If all else fails then with the Xbox powered on press and hold the power button on the Xbox for 10 seconds, when the Xbox powers off power it on again using the power button on the Xbox and try the game again.
