Xbox power/customer service

Discus and support Xbox power/customer service in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Anyone else have to deal with the horrible customer service microsoft has? Maybe i just have horrible luck.     Anyone else have to deal with the horrible customer service microsoft has? Maybe i just have horrible luck. My most recent problem is my powercord fried, i call and get info and set up what needs to be set up. Anyways, i send it in and here i am 70 days
    later with no powercord! IDK about you, but 70 days is a long time. The tracking number showed they recieved it, i have talked to 13 different people so far (even kept every conversation). Finally they say they found it and they'll send me a new one....that
    was 8 days ago. Now they wont reply. It's funny because they all offer me the same worthless thing, free month of xbox live. Yup, thats what i want. Xbox live instead of being able to use my Xbox.

    If you're no longer getting a response on this, you could try calling the Tier 2 Support Team (otherwise known as Xbox Escalated Support.) I've read good things about the level of knowledge this number has, and the ability for their agents to help! I'm not
    sure about the turn-around time once they say they're sending something back, but 8 days seems like a lot without at least getting an update or being able to ask about the status....

    The number is 866-506-3826. Their hours are 6AM - 4PM PST (so, 8-6 Central, 9-7 Eastern, and this MAY only be Monday through Friday, I'm not sure about weekends.) You will need your original Tier 1 Support reference number, which you receive when you make
    your first call. You will have to enter that number in order to actually "get through." Also, make sure to respond with the correct responses to the computer menu before it transfers you to your agent, because incorrect responses or saying "Operator" do not
    necessarily skip you to the operator like it does on some phone systems; this one more often than not just disconnects you if it doesn't recognize the command.

    I'm hoping this helps get you some answers on this! Let me know!

    Worst Customer Service...

    Totally agree mate, Microsoft customer service totally sucks. I will be moving over to the PS4 asap as the console is more powerful and cheaper, plus there customer service is a lot better. Probably why PS4 out sold Xbox 1 in the UK by over 116,000. Enough

    Hey there CR34MY CR4Y0N, it seems that you have a problem with your power brick. You did right by calling xbox customer support, they will replace the power brick as soon as you send them the problematic one. Since the power brick overheats i recommend that
    you do not use it to power your xbox console as it could lead to a short-circuit. Better wait until customer service replaces your current power brick for a new one :)
