Xbox power button blinking when I start it up

Assuming that everything works fine you should be fine. I've seen some posts about the storage expansion cards, but your case doesn't really match up with what was described with those.

Does this happen every time, or just once or twice? It could also mean that the console is updating, but if it happens every time you start it that's less likely

I have a standard Xbox one, however occasionally as you described when I turn it on it’ll blink as you say, then turns off. Sometimes it starts up again like normal, sometimes I have to turn it back on manually. I haven’t come across any issues ever since I noticed it doing that every once in a while. So I wouldn’t worry, perhaps it was just properly applying an update. I also just did 30 second research on it and seems as others experiencing this came to that same conclusion about it applying an update properly.

What does it mean when your touch power button has a blinking red light on start up? But never starts... xbox 360 will not power on and i feel i tries everything. All the cords are secure, i pulled out the hardware made sure it was dust free. The power brick
is solid orange light that goes green when you try to start the console but goes back orange cause the console turns off after 10 blinking red lights and never powers up at all. What should I do????

Doesn't help.. I've tried everything on there my console is turning on and when I press the connect button the lights go in a circle like there supposed to I then push the controller connect button. they both blink like its trying to connect but don't! I
can't even get the console to start up powers on but won't even start up! Is there a way to reset the console?
