I'm sorry to hear about your missing game.

I would suggest setting up a call back from customer support (see steps below) so that they can look into your Microsoft account going back 2

years and confirm whether or not that particular Microsoft account owns the license to the game.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Oh wow, we can definitely provide some information and see if we can get to the bottom of this.

How long ago did you get this game for your Xbox One? Have you checked your
Order History, If it was a code that you redeemed you should still see this under your Order History.

If you do not see the transaction then it is possible that the game was redeemed on a different account. If you do see the transaction go ahead and try to

Remove and then Add your account on the Xbox One. Make sure when doing this that you have your accounts email and password so that you are able to sign back into it.

Ok, i am so sorry for wasting your time. i am so stupid and had it via disc (which i dont have anymore)and just chose the perfect time to play it, on the free weekend. i am so sorry

Tried that, didn't work. Also, I just found out that xbox took the collection and everything in because both games, I can't play. Also the order history isn't working because i had to Fac reset 3 months ago.Why Is this happening??????
