    what they need to do is make something in response to the switch systems HORRIFIC launch. If Xbox creates a system/tablet that you can either stream to using an already existing console like remote play or sim like games like the switch. Also with a feature
    to cast to your tv via dongle intead of some stupid dock that is junk. They can even make it sorta 4g ish by making Xbox mobile for people on the go partnering with Verizon to provide signal for a month or year. Just a thought

    Xbox has Xbox Play Anywhere where you can play it on your windows 10 yes i'm gonna mention it.... pc. They also have xbox smartglass on your phone (an app). They are trying to role out xbox services on more devices than just your console.

    I wouldn't call the Switch launch horrific.

    I hope MS stay away from a handheld. Nintendo and cell phones have that market on lock-down.

    The Switch has had a tremendous launch, just goes to show the incredible brand loyalty that Nintendo can still command.

    Plus Microsoft don't need to go into the handheld market themselves when other companies are releasing Windows 10 based tablets. Look at the Linx Vision 8, it's a tablet obviously, but also comes with a controller dock which identifies to games as being an
    Xbox Controller. Sure you aren't going to be playing games on their top settings but you'll still be able to play Skyrim on the go.

    I was thinking Project xCloud as well and as someone who has spent time with it, I would prefer it to a separate standalone portable system. We all have an Xbox controller and a phone, so the initial buy in costs are reduced significantly.

    Plus, imagine the difference 5G will make to Project xCloud once it becomes more mainstream. With the power of cloud computing and fast mobile data transfer, it will be a powerhouse in itself.

    Good idea, although I’m not sure this will ever happen as there’s now Project xCloud. This is microsoft’s portable gaming service, so you will be able to play games on a compatible phone or tablet, with your xbox controller.

    I personally enjoyed the psp and Nintendo DS days, so would be great to have something similar. It would be great, as you can play whenever and wherever you are. It’s ideal for people, like me, who travel a lot or maybe work abroad.

    Project xCloud is planned to be released september this year. Although, I appreciate your opinion/idea nonetheless.
