    Xbox point debacle/clueless support


    I give up. This 360 console has turned into a nightmare for me. MS ripped me off for amost $70.00 in xbox points by converting the points to a cash balance.. i get emails telling me to hurry up & spend it, but there's "no balance" on the links/MS stores
    that they direct me in order to spend my "ghost balance. foreign customer service is clueless & doesn't speak English . I boxed it up and will be taking it in to a game shop to trade it in, selling EVERYTHING. never buy MS XBOX or games again.

    I can definitely see your point of view. Xbox live support over the phone is pretty clueless though.

    Keeps booting me back to home screen mid game

    updated ----- still doing it.

    have literally tried everything and xbox support is clueless.

    Ok did you do a region migration recently?

    Thr new currency doesnt transfer between regions and how long ago was this causse thrte was a spending time limit

    Also, you can check your current amount by logging in to commerce.microsoft.com. If you are trying to purchase items from the website using an OS lower than Windows 8.1 then you cannot use the currency attached to your account. You'll only be able to use
    it from the console.
