Xbox plug and play not charging

My battery isn't charging for my controller, the light on the usb automatically turn white but when i unplug from the charger,it status on controller always say battery low. The light on cord never turn orange to indicate charging.

It sounds like you may need to buy a new one. I had the same issue its just like all rechargeable batteries after so many charges the cells get weak.

Hello,

I brought it last year around summer, i already tried it in a new controller thinking the same thing. When it does charge/light turn orangr it still doesn't charge fully.

Sounds like the battery may be bad.

awhile back mine did the same thing, it was my charging cord and it started to work when I used my phone charger cord...you might want to try the same
