Xbox please unban my account

I was banned while playing a game of fortnite , I had no mic and a guy was talking mad trash so I said he was a [Mod Removed] and that’s all , I was instantly banned minutes later , why do I stay banned ? And how long ? And can you unban me for I was sticking
up for myself and it is not right to ban players for that

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

i never ask refund again give me a second chance unban my account gamertag Our Terminator unban my console too if u can't unban unban my account give me a second with my console unban it i spend alot money on this account please give me a second chance

To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com It doesn't matter how it starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct you can be suspended.

It sounds like you have gone straight to suspension so the strikes have no influence on this.

So will I be able to log back in after a year? If not is there any way of me taking this further to make sure I can get my account back?

Unfortunately, no one here and even Xbox Support are unable to unban an account.

It said my account had a indefinite suspension but I didn’t know if that meant a permanent ban.

Ok, support says there’s a case opened on my account still, including my alt. But they been opened for awhile; like weeks, then one Is a month. Still havent received any email update, so don’t know whats taking so long; same with the reinstatement process.
So hopefully they fix It, Im just posting to forums for possibly a better chance of this getting fixed.
