Xbox, please unban my account Zeruixa

So my main account was banned permanently for something i didn't do, i was playing gta when my account signed out and it said your account is permanently banned. I don't know why i got banned because i did not do anything wrong, it might be this person who
keeps spam reporting me named, FBIONMYTRAIL, THEATFISHERE, ManyDrvgsAgo, Smurf Toxins, Solo A Smurf, and MYTHICBLM for no reason, and they have made my game crash because they kept automating long hate messages like "YOURE GOING TO KEEP GETTING ABUSED UNTIL
YOU LEARN TO JUST TAKE IT" literally 100 times not joking. I kept trying to report him, but he just wouldn't leave me alone at all. Day and night, everyday, i get spammed by this person, i did not say one word to him and he didn't stop. Like this is very
depressing because i had so much stuff on that account that i can't gdt back anymore because the ban. I take this very personal because everything is gone, i barely have ANYTHING, 2 YEARS of playing xbox for it not to even count, that is too long, that takes
pure effort and consistency to play for 2 years for it all to just vanish just like that. I need xbox enforcement team to save my account before i quit xbox and switch to PS4. It just turns my heart into a big cube of ice.

It sounds like you have gone straight to suspension so the strikes have no influence on this.

So will I be able to log back in after a year? If not is there any way of me taking this further to make sure I can get my account back?

Unfortunately, no one here and even Xbox Support are unable to unban an account.

It said my account had a indefinite suspension but I didn’t know if that meant a permanent ban.
