    Xbox Please Read


    This is a message to any support employee or random reader. We have been

    suffering. Ever since the most recent Preview update hundreds of people

    have experienced crashing, errors and even console bricking (like me).

    We have desperately asked the Xbox support for help but all they tell us

    to do is reset our console to the factory default and hope it works.For

    some it doesn't and for others they are so afraid to do so (like me)

    because they have already done so once before or because it is an insane

    idea that a console company has to tell its customers to delete their

    game data and possibly their info to fix an update that they sent out to

    people that are trying to help said company. There are even some who

    have gone through with the reset and it still hasn't fixed the problem

    with their console. So I'm begging Xbox to find a better way to fix this

    and communicate to us the community that is there to support and help

    them. For the past couple of weeks, almost a month, they have answered

    only a few questions but still haven't tackled the big problem which is

    this update so please Xbox don't just help me, help all of us and please

    do something.

    If you're console was banned then that's a significant issue.

    One, the enforcement teams don't use the forums.

    You can contact Xbox Support and see if they can see if your console is banned.

    NOTE: Xbox Support CANNOT help with any suspension. You can ask them to look at your account and they can see the dates of suspension and see if your console has been banned temporarily or permanently. Only the enforcement team can place or remove bans.
    It's not up to you what should or should not have happened based on what occurred when your friend used your account.
