    Hello xbox my account has been banned for about 3 years and when I tried signing in they said I was banned. At that time my account was hacked and I need my account to get unbanned because it has all my info and all my games on there. I have all my xbox
    360 games that I wasn't to play but I cannot play because it is banned and also I have about 3-4 years of live on my account. The gametag is Im Nice N Fat and the email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** please fix this xbox thank you. I have always been a loyal customer to xbox
    for a long time check account for that also thanks.

    No one but an enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement actions they issue. They are only contactable via the case review process at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    Unfortunately there is a 1 year window for when a case review can be submitted. If the account has been permanent suspended all purchases on the account are forfeited.

    If the account was suspended 3 years ago you've missed the window to submit a case review, or even report unauthorized account access.

    If you're console was banned then that's a significant issue.

    One, the enforcement teams don't use the forums.

    You can contact Xbox Support and see if they can see if your console is banned.

    NOTE: Xbox Support CANNOT help with any suspension. You can ask them to look at your account and they can see the dates of suspension and see if your console has been banned temporarily or permanently. Only the enforcement team can place or remove bans.
    It's not up to you what should or should not have happened based on what occurred when your friend used your account.
