Xbox please fix the buying backward compatibility games bug!!!!!

When is Microsoft going to fix the issue that we are all having with buying the backward compatibility games on our xbox ones consoles????

I do not have an Xbox 360 console so therefore cannot buy the games on there.

Why put the 360 games on the Xbox one if we cannot buy them?

Surely Microsoft is losing alot of money by not fixing this bug which has been going on for years now!!!

Plus I cannot change my Avatars either!!!

Sudden updates for backwards compatibility games for no reason

If there is updates available for those games, then I would assume it's bug fixes for the backwards compatibility.

 

I just wanted to put a new game up on the list for backwardscompatability and the website isnt letting me. I would like to see pro street on the list and I'm not sure if they are all up there but I'd like to see every call of duty up there Thank Yo

You can also buy bc games on the xbox website if you login to your microsoft account

 

I typically buy my BC games through the website on my PC. I have not had any issues doing it that way. Just be sure you are logged into the right account.

 

You can buy backward compatible games on the Xbox One, you just have to pay for them via Credit Card or PayPal. You just can't use account credit from your Microsoft Account for 360 games, unless you still have a Xbox 360 around.
