    Xbox Playtime Counter Doesn't Work


    In the achievement statistics there is a playtime counter but it doesn't work. Sometimes it stucks and never works again. I'm playing Rdr2. 2 days ago it was showing my playtime as 2 days and 12 hours and now it's still showing as 2 days and 12 hours.
    It's not just on Rdr2 but on some other games too. I hope you can find a solution for this. English is not my first language. If I texted wrong, I'm sorry

    Actually it is stronger of a perk in 3 because Counter uav doesn't work nor EMP.

    Achievement/Game List not Updating

    I'm referring to the issue where my whole achievement list doesn't update properly and playtime stats aren't recorded.

    This is the third time it's been broken in as many months, and it would be nice to know if the XBL team is actually working to fix the underlying issue so it doesn't keep happening. I estimate it hasn't been working right for at least six weeks out of the
    last three months, which is kind of ridiculous.

    Playtime is only added on once you exit the game try doing a power cycle you can find out how here https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/power/restart-or-power-cycle-console

    If that doesn't work try removing your account from your Xbox then add it again https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/manage-account/add-remove-account-xbox-one open
    the game wait a few minutes then close it https://support.xbox.com/help/games-apps/apps-help/how-to-close-xbox-one-app-or-game and
    then check to see if the playtime has gone up.
