Xbox playing up?

    Xbox playing up?


    So i go onto my xbox one today and it says i am not connected to xbox live so i click on "connect to xbox live" at the side of my screen it does nothing i try to message friends says i cant i try to go on store wont let me and when i go on subscriptions
    and other things in the settings it says they are unavailable i have tested my connection and it says its good same with my multiplayer connection can someone give me a hand as i have looked every where and i haven't seen anything about this.

    with great difficulty, you'd need a video-in port which laptops don't tend to have. You can use your PC monitor as a screen to play your XBox though.

    Xbox playing up?

    This is typically an easy fix. Just log out of your profile and log back in and test to see if it is working. If not let us know. Good Luck!

    hahah thanks it worked i never actually tried that was having a heart attack any ways thanks so much for the help

    I'll probably send the console off for repair in a few days.
