Xbox play program competition winner

Hi.

So, a few months ago ( end of May) I won 3 prizes on the xbox play program sweepstakes and around September I got my game pass subscription for year, then my $2800 pre paid card second week of October.

But still waiting for my £760 worth of xbox vouchers and I have contacted helloworld and have had nothing from them and has been over a week now.

Just wondered if anyone else is having the same problem?

Hi,

I have already tried this and takes me to the company that is processing my vouchers, which is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

When ever I try and go through their site the web browser errors and when ever I emailed them before, they usually reply back within a day or two, but they haven't replied from my last email for over a week now.

Is this a competition as part if the Microsoft Rewards Sweepstakes? If so, there is a Winners tab on the Microsoft Rewards web page dashboard.

If this is not what you are referring to, go back to the competition page and see if there is a link to the terms and conditions.
