    Xbox Play Anywhere


    So I own Forza Horizon 4 on my xbox and I was trying to download it on my computer since it is a Xbox Play anywhere game but when I try to download it, it says i need to pay 60$ to play it. Is this a mistake or am I doing something wrong?
