Xbox Play Anywhere Titles Not Launching [PC]

I have tried several attempts over the past few days with no luck on getting FH4 to launch properly. I have attempted to wsreset.exe, restarting my pc, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and downloading/installing latest updates. I have never had this issue. None of this should have to deal with my specs either.

PC Specs:

ASUS B-360F Gaming MOBO

Intel i7-8700K 3.71 GHz

16GB RAM 2660 MHz

MSI Radeon 5500XT 8GB

256GB SSD (Boot Drive) SATA 5

4TB HDD 7200RPM

2TB HDD 7200 RPM

Hey mate, how are you today? Hope you're well.

First, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Then try this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

If it still doesn't work:

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC and try again.

If that doesn't work, restore your PC:

Step 1: Click Update & security on the Settings page to continue.

Step 2: Click Recovery and click Get Started on the right to continue.

Step 3: Choose Keep my files to reset your PC.

Step 4: Read the subsequent messages and click Reset.

After the computer has restarted successfully, you have refreshed Windows 10.

How are you?
Could you move the game to another drive?
You can move the game by pressing Windows key + i >apps find the game in the list, click on it and press move and select the other drive. After moving, try starting the game again.

Not all Xbox One games can be played on a PC. Only the play anywhere titles. If they are play anywhere titles you can just download them on your PC.

Halo MCC is not a Xbox Play Anywhere title, so you would need to buy the game on PC or subscribe to Xbox Game Pass PC.
