xbox play anywhere the sims 4

Hi, i seem to have some issues with my play anywhere experience and i need some clarifications. I have bought the sims 4 a while ago and i still have the physical copy. Unfortunately my xbox dosen't work anymore and i cant afford to fix it right now and i have spent around 1000 dollars in the game. I haven't been able to play the sims 4 in over a year. When i logged in my microsoft account it said that i have to make a subscrption contrary to what their youtube video says. I have the physical copy and i cant play the game, please help me.

The Sims 4 is not a Play Anywhere title and Play Anywhere does not work with physical discs. If you're trying to play on a PC, you would need to purchase the game for the PC or use EA Play.

As far as I know there is no way to do that. The Sims 4 is not part of the Play anywhere Programm. In this case the Xbox and the PC versions are different versions.

The Sims 4 is not a play anywhere game, and so the saves cannot be transferred over to the PC. You will have to start again on there.

The Sims 3 and The Sims 4. The Sims 4 releases for PC next year. I have The Sims 3 and Sims 3 Pets for 360. I will get Zoo Tycoon for XB1 since I've already played the PC version. I have Tropico 4 but hardly play it. Maybe Sims City that game recently released
for PC?
