Xbox play anywhere question. Please answer

If I get a copy of Sea of thieves on Xbox one and get it for free on PC(because it’s play anywhere) ,can I log in my Microsoft account on the PC and my sister can log in the Xbox One with her account and we can play together at the same time???Pls help

Do I need a Xbox One to play ¨Xbox Play Anywhere¨ games on PC.

So I don't have a Xbox one and I want to play Sea of Thieves on PC when it comes out. So I have this question, do I need a Xbox One to play ¨Xbox Play Anywhere¨ Games on PC? I couldn't find an answer for this anywhere If someone know, thank you

as long as your xbox is set as your home console she should be able to play your games!

To answer the first question:

The Play Anywhere games count only if they are played on the Xbox. So they would not count if you were playing on Windows 10.
