    xbox play anywhere not working??


    I've had a game on my Xbox One for a few years, downloaded from the digital Xbox Live Store and I wanted to download it on my PC because it said it was compatible with Xbox Play Anywhere. When I try to download it, it says I have to pay for it again. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix?

    yes i made sure I was on the same account, i am also running windows 10 and i do have the xbox app on my pc

    Are you signed in into the same purchssing account ? And since thengame is pretty recent are you sure your computer can run it

    Windows 10.and the xbox app must be downloaded not just the ms store
