Xbox play and charge kit wont charge, instead saying that battery is charged

Hello. I use this kit for like half a year and in one moment it stopped charging correctly. It starts charging and after a few minutes LED light becomes white and says that controller is charged. When i check battery level its says that batteries are low
and after 2-5 min without charger controller turns off.

Steam shows that controller is barely charged, charger LED shows that its charged completely

. I just dont believe that battery from perfect condition to max degradation went in one charging.it held charge for amost whole week and 2 days ago discharged,
now i charge it up and it is dead?

If there is no response after performing an update and trying another cable, there is not much else we can advise, other than to consider using rechargeable batteries. All Xbox accessories have a Manufacturers Limited Warranty of 90 days, as stated on

this page/document. This information can also be found on the print outs inside the play and charge kit box.

Thats sad if 3 recharges actually killed it

Are you available to try in a other controller? Like a friends controller?

Could be a issue in the Play and Charge Kit.
