xbox pic changing back to avatar?

In that case then you can't.

Once you change from a 360 gamerpic to a xbox one pic or avatar pic then you can't go back to a 360 pic.

I would be interested in knowing why it is changing back to the avatar. Let us know what the enforcement team says. I can't see any reason why they would not allow this.

I'm sorry to hear about your custom gamer pic constantly being changed back to your default avatar.

I don't see any reason why the photo that you provided above would be changed due to policy.



Are you receiving any type of notification from the Enforcement team explaining why after your image has been changed?

Hello EXO,

This may be an issue concerning with the picture itself not saving properly or rather when you're attempting to submit the profile picture the profile not recognizing the change.

Have you attempted to remove the profile and then add it back onto your Xbox One console?

We also recommend trying a power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system.

Please note before doing this troubleshooting step that you make sure to know your email and passwords for your
Xbox profiles.
