    I purchased GTA V and Great White Shark Card together. The game installed and the email that was sent with my code attachment was blank. I need to get that code resent please. Xbox phone support said to post here to get it resent to my email. Thank you.

    i I was told by Xbox support to add a post here. I received an odst redeem code in my inbox, but never redeemed it. I looked for it today but see that the message expired in my inbox and was deleted. Any way I can get the code resent?

    Xbox Support will also comment on this thread with an official answer, but as I said, usually codes cannot be resent once a message has been deleted or expired.

    Sorry to hear it. You could try contacting phone support for your region to see if there's anything they can do to help. Otherwise, codes are not usually resent.

    Rainbow Six Siege Pre Order (no codes for Rainbow Six Vegas or Vegas 2)

    I had previously ordered the game as a pre-order. Due me being in Japan when the game was released in was able to download the game but not Rainbow 6 Vegas 1 & 2. I called customer support and they told me to post here for support to get the codes resent.
    Will wait a few days and then reapproach.
