    I am 13 years old . soon to be 14 this month. I am still unable to play some games on my PC with Xbox. I never had any issues with this before. I was sent an email on what to do and this still has not worked.

    I was playing these games before with no problem and then this just happened. I did get a new PC and it has Windows 11, where the old PS did not.

    Please advise on what to do.

    I am trting to load fortnite on my sons x box 1x. It keeps.asking for an email to allow certain features but it wont recognose any email. help appreciated

    Is this a problem with permissions inside the game or with parental permissions on the Xbox?

    Nope.

    If one person is granted permission, then everyone would have to be granted permission.

    This causes severe unsolicited use of xbox's bandwidth and servers without MS permission.

    If you're part of a family group this is normal if your parents changed your restrictions
    You need to ask to your parents or the family organizer to give you permission

    This can't be bypassed

    The system automatically assign the restrictions if you have a child account

    You can try using an adult account and add your main account to this family group
    You can do it from here:
    https://account.microsoft.com/family/home

    Child or age restrictions can't be bypassed if you don't receive an adult approval
