Xbox Permanent Ban

Hello, my account MaStA chiLLa 17 is banned because of a Marketplace Theft for a so-called illegal Code. I have created a case Review and got an email saying I need more Information for the case. Every time i go on the case and click
"Need Info" it goes back to the enforcement main page. How can i directly reach one of the enforcement Team? I have the invoice, the Transfer voucher and the purchase overview . I would like that the ban will be canceled.

Please help me.

Yeah, if his account got banned, there is probably a good reason, unfortunately. This isn't an official Microsoft site, but if you call them, they should be able to help you. Hopefully it's a temporary ban and not a permanent ban. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. I hope this helps!

Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.

Also using illegal codes aren't allowed period it doesn't matter if you have a receipt that's between you and the vendor not ms

If it's a game code then it's possible it wasn't meant for public release like a prerelease before the launch date

Those are media keys which you aren't supposed to buy

If it's not from a licensed seller like certain websites like g2a they aren't official sellers

 

I have used another browser and deleted the browser history. it does not Change anything.

I use the account for about 10 years. I thought it was an official dealer, otherwise I would not have bought the code there. It was never my intention to cheat or anything like that. the supposed code is an xbox live 12 month prepaid
code.

Is there a possibility to get in direct contact with the enforcement Department?

But Xbox support will be able to assist in the way of helping with a case review, and they can also escalate, to make another case for him/her.

actually no its being worked on by.thenoffline team support can't send tickets for.enforceemtn you will have to wait for the offline team.to.fix.the website.
