My Son has had his account exploited with this Perma Ban Exploit

He often uses GTA and there is an exploit within the game that allows so called scammers AKA script kiddies to send multiple spam using your Xbox account

This is rife at the moment since July 2023 and a lot have been perma banned due to this hack exploit

I have tried to speak to Microsoft but there seemed to be no care or answers

If you Google perma ban exploit from xbox - then you all will see whats going on

This has been investigated by Microsoft engineers, and there is no way to do this

Microsoft support cannot assist with bans

There have been many claims like this for many other things, I remember my aunt insisted to me for many many years that they were about to start charging stamp prices for email. I have people telling me that they could use the USB key to the updated PlayStation 3 to a PlayStation 4 and even showed a video.

The Internet is rife with hoaxes.

There are a lot of people who do not like Xbox, and Xbox is experiencing unusual success at the moment so they're especially agitated. They spread anything and everything to sabotage

You should've received an email with a link to the infraction, and if you follow it, it should contain details as to precisely why your son was banned. You can check your enforcement actions manually at https://enforcement.xbox.com.

Please be aware I can take up to 48 hours for an infraction to appear on the website. From there you may appeal it

Unfortunately, there is no way for you to reverse a permanent ban on your Xbox account.

I'm sorry as once an account got Perma banned, it can no longer be set as a "Home Xbox" no longer.

You where not permanently banned because of one time exploiting of a game glitch, you must have many other suspension before it got lead to a perma banned.

All that can be done now is to learn from the many mistakes you did and move on into a new Xbox and following from now on the rules or move to another game service at your choice.
