    Have you got an android or apple phone? If so, then install game pass app on that, and get the perk off there instead, that might work for you.

    Cannot see the discord nitro perk in my xbox gamepass mobile app.

    Can you see the perk? If not it may be a problem at xbox's end.

    Hello! I have the same problem as the original post, except when I use the mobile app to redeem my perks it says "Claim this perk on your Xbox or PC".
