    Xbox penalty


    Hi.

    I got penalty for calling someone an [Mod Removed - Profanity] because he kept griefing me on rdr2 for no reason until I had to leave the server. Now I can't message anyone or make any friends.
    Question is if the penalty is permanent or not? I don't want to pay for something I can't use..

    You need to go to the enforcement website and apply for a case review then the enforcement team can decide if the end your suspension

    As previously mentioned by the ambassadors the best place to go to see the duration of the enforcement action taken on the account is at our
    enforcement website.

    Hi, it shouldn't be permanent. you can go to
    enforcement.xbox.com     and log in to check if you can apply for a case review.
