    Quick question lets say letter A is an account with xbox ultimate and b is an account who wants to use the xbox pc gaming part of it b has an external accoun that dosent have xbox ultimate, how can I use the xbox game pass pc part of it in my own account?

    it is not the xbox version on the pc via windows store, it is the pc version via the windows/xbox app on pc, same as epic etc.

    any games on pc are pc versions not xbox console versions.

    Xbox One games themselves cannot be played on the PC. You can however download PC games that are Xbox Live enabled. Some of these are Xbox Play Anywhere games, and as was stated, there is Xbox Game Pass for PC which lets you play over one hundred PC games.
    These are a mix of PC games & Xbox Live enabled PC games.
