    Hey I have an Xbox 360 e and it will not let me connect to live on my console. When I test the connection everything comes back perfect but I get a message (console can not sign in to xbox live check connection and try again) I test every time and get same results. I even have a gold and platinum game pass that I’m not able to use

    xbox 360 does not support gamepass so why would you have that.
