    Hi all. My brother and I have the same problem. A significant part of the xbox game pass subscription games on the PC do not run. For example, Tunic, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, and Among Us show up as a process in the task manager and nothing happens after that. Also, I can't shutdown them through the task manager. No error messages appear. Waiting 2 hours does nothing. All games have a "gamelaunchhelper.exe" process, while the process of the game itself, for example "Among Us.exe" for Among Us load PC minimally(photo №3). I have noticed that Microsoft Solitare Collection, Minecraft Launcher and Grounded start up fine. I've tried updating the xbox app, gaming services and windows on my windows 11 pc and my brother's windows 10 pc but it doesn't help either. Photo №1 and №2(unfortunately the forum does not allow download mp4) shows the whole situation. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I would be very grateful for any help

    P. S№1: reinstalled the Xbox app according to this guide https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com...ft-Store-Uninstall-and-reinstall-the-Xbox-app. It did not help

    In the window pops up asking you to give permission and you click yes? That’s usually the cause of this. For privacy reasons you must authorize each individual game to send information to Xbox services

    I had similar problem with my console. It simply couldn't be turned off. Xbox logo on console was still blinking, but screen turned black. Seemed like some process was stucked at the background blocking completion of shut down process.

    I replaced it for another unit and now it works properly.
